Killian McHugh, creator of Killian’s Workshop, began working in commercial casting in the early 2000s.

He has worked with many of the top commercial casting offices in Los Angeles and collaborated with leading commercial directors, both as an on-camera principal actor and through the casting process. This dual perspective gives Killian a deep understanding of what casting professionals look for and how actors can succeed in real-world audition environments.

Killian’s Workshop is built on that experience, focusing on practical, industry-relevant training that prepares actors for how auditions actually work today.

His approach bridges the gap between training and the realities of the modern casting process.
